29-30 Jun,2018 BBQ Charcoal Production Line delived to Somaliland
DR. Mustafa from Somaliland, his raw material are frash tree with high humidity . And he want final produce is charcoal ball with packing machine .
So we recommend this line for him .Fresh tree---wood chip crusher---rotary dryer---sawdust crusher--- rotary continuous furnace---mixer----BBQ charcoal machine---packing machine---finished charcoal.
These machines needs 40HC container and two 20HC containers .Our worker are loading goods to autotruck .
Rotary continuous furnace with anti-high temperature , it is inportant patr of this line . It consists of three parts :body drum,purifier systerm,charcoal cooling part.Please check these pictures.
There are some pictures about Charcoal ball machine and packing machine .
Second is Rotary dryer machine .
On 30.JUN.2018 we finished all the loading with three containers as below,all the machines are with nice quality,and after the goods arrive there, we will send engineer to assist installations.
